Receta FenneBeetEry Smoothie (Fennel, Beets, Celery)
Ingredientes
- 1 young Thai Coconut (water and meat, or almond milk)
- 1 cup water (I used unlfavored water kefir)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3 T chia seeds
- 1 teas vanilla extract (or 4 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla)
- 1/3 red beet, chopped
- celery leaves + 1 stalk celery
- fennel fronds (maybe 3 Tablespoons)
- ginger, finely chopped (about 2 inch piece)
- dates (optional - it was pretty sweet without it)
