Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce), divided
- 4 x rolls or possibly hamburger buns split, toasted
Direcciones
- Shape meat into 8 thin patties. Top 4 patties each with 1/4 of the feta cheese. Top those patties with remaining patties; healthy pinch edges together to seal.
- Place on grill over medium coals. Grill 7 to 9 min on each side or possibly till cooked through (160 degrees). Serve patties in rolls with your favorite toppings.
- This recipe yields 4 sandwiches.
- Great Substitute: Try 1 package (4-ounce) Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato, Garlic & Herb, or possibly Peppercorn in place of Traditional Feta Cheese.
