  • 2 x Boneless chicken breasts (skin removed) cut up in 1 inch pcs
  • 1 bn Brocoli (small pcs)
  • 4 x Carrotts (sliced in 1/4" circles)
  • 1 c. Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 c. Onion (lg pcs)
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce

Direcciones

  1. In extra virgin olive oil brown chicken till no longer pink. Add in other ingredients and cover. Simmer till carrots are soft. While simmering prepare fettucini as directed. When fettucini is done, rinse and place on plates. Place a pat of butter on warm noodles and about 1 Tab. parmesan cheese, then cover with chicken/veg mix and enjoy.
