Ingredientes
- 1 x Orange pepper diced
- 1 x Red pepper diced
- 1 x Zucchini diced
- 1 lrg Red onion diced
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) of frzn minced spinach thawed
- 1 jar FF spaghetti sauce ( I use health choice garlic and herb)
- 16 ounce Cooked ziti
Direcciones
- Take all of the diced veggies and roast them in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 min. Toss the veggies with the pasta, sauce and spinach. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 min. If your diet allows you can top with FF mozzarella cheese before baking.
- I always make two batches, it freezes very well.
