  • 1 teaspon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup "buttermilk" (1/2 cup coconut cream with 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar)
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can coconut milk, chilled overnight
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 1 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
