  • 1 pkt Unsalted Premium Plus Crackers
  • 1 pkt Vanilla instant pudding (mixed as directed)
  • 1 ct (large) Cold Whip Topping Strawberry Jam

  1. I got this recipe from my sister-in-law who got it from her aunt, who got it from her sister and so on and so on.... Anyway its very easy and very delicious. It's great after a big meal as its very light.
  2. Mix together pudding and topping and layer bottom of 9 x 13 pan with thin layer. Cover with a layer of crackers and then another layer of pudding mix. Continue doing this, ending with a pudding layer, till pudding mix is gone. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight (or possibly for several hrs). Before serving spread a layer of jam over top. Cut into squares and serve. A wonderful dessert.
  3. Note: I microwave the jam for a minute or possibly two to make it easier to spread.
  4. If you use all low fat ingredients this recipe would be great for diets.
