Receta Flapjacks
Trying to be healthy and make a sweet snack, that is less than 150 calories! So this is a variation of a recipe that I have seen on here before.
Ingredientes
- 192g plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
- 128g oats
- 150g brown sugar
- 12 tsp butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 170C (fan assisted oven)
- In a bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, as well as the oats.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla essence and whisk until well blended.
- Mix the two bowls together.
- Spread on to a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
