Receta Flavoured Icecreams

Ingredientes
- 1 x Recipe vanilla icecream, (replace vanilla essence with which matching fruit used)
- 1 c. Fruit pulp, (coarsely mashed)(mango or possibly strawberry or possibly chickoo, or possibly any other of your choice)
- 1/2 c. Fresh beaten cream
- 1/4 c. Grnd sugar
Direcciones
- Follow recipe for vanilla icecream until setting first time.
- Remove when well set, mash and beat until soft and creamy.
- Mix together the pulp, 1/4 c. cream and grnd sugar.
- Add in cream for vanilla recipe first with essence and beat.
- Add in fruit cream mix and mix in gently.
- Transfer back to container and freeze until well set.
- Serve scoops with the matching sauces.
- (For sauces refer 'Sauces for Icereams & Cakes')
- Variation: Alternatively add in 1/2 c. recipe of the Fresh fruit sauces
- (referred above) instead, and mix just sufficient to create ripples in the icecream. Set as usual.
- Making time: 20 min (excluding basic recipe time)
- Makes: 5 helpings
