Receta Florida's Shrimp Boil
Great for BBQ's, picnics, any outdoor occasion.
Ingredientes
- 4 cups Water
- 16 ounces Large Shrimp (Fresh, in shells
- 4 Whole red potatoes (rinsed)
- 4 ears of Corn-on-the-cob (halved)
- one tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- one teaspoon black pepper
- One Fresh Lemon cut into wedges
- Optional garlic butter or regular melted butter for shrimp dipping
Direcciones
- Add water to the stock pot (with a lid) once boiling, add Seafood seasoning, black pepper, add red potatoes and cook 9 minutes covered
- Add corn on the cob halves and cook 4 minutes, stir well
- Add Shrimp, stir gently, covered and cook 5 minutes
- Drain and serve on a platter
- Fresh Lemon wedges for serving
- Optional cocktail sauce
