  • 1 can Evaporated lowfat milk, chilled
  • 1 pkt Lemon jello
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Lemon, juice and rind

  1. Have lowfat milk, bowl and beater very cool before beating. Don't beat lowfat milk till Jello starts to set.
  2. Prepare the jello in the 1 c. boiling water. Whip lowfat milk into foamy heap, gradually add in sugar. Then add in jello, juice and rind.
  3. Line oblong pan or possibly a 8x8-inch aluminum pan with graham cracker crumbs. Pour mix into pan and sprinkle with crumbs. Refrigerateovernight.
  4. Note: the original recipe called for condensed lowfat milk or possibly 1 c. of chilled coffee rich. If you can find unsweetened condensed lowfat milk - use it.
