Receta Fluffy Potato Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tbspsugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Direcciones
- Put together potatoes and egg yolks, beat till smooth. Mix dry ingredients together and add in alternately with lowfat milk to potato mix, stirring only till well mixed. Mix in egg whites. Bake in lightly greased griddle, turn once to brown both sides. Serve hot with syrup. For thinner pancakes, add in more lowfat milk.
