Receta Fragrant Toronean Tuna/Shark Steaks

Ingredientes
- 4 x - 6 shark, tuna, or possibly halibut steaks
- 4 Tbsp. (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) grnd cumin
- 1 tsp (5 ml) minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp (5 ml) minced fresh cilantro (coriander)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) minced fresh mint Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Brush the steaks with extra virgin olive oil. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and rub into both sides of the steaks. Grill over warm coals or possibly under the broiler till hard and cooked through.
- Serves 4 to 6.
