- 1 pkt Pillsbury Lovin Loaf Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 1/4 c. Skim Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Plain Lowfat Yogurt
- 1 tsp Orange Peel, grated
- 9 ounce Vanilla Sugar-free instant Pudding mix
- 4 c. Assorted fresh fruit*, slice

- *Suggested: strawberries, nectarines, grapes, oranges and/or possibly pineapple.=14Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions. Cold completely in pan tipped on side on cooling rack.
- Remove from pan. Tear into bite-sized pcs.=14 In medium bowl, combine lowfat milk, yogurt and orange peel; blend well. Add in pudding mix; beat till well blended.
