Receta Fresh Fruit With Creamy Grand Marnier Sauce

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Plus 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or possibly other orange liqueur, (or possibly more)
- 8 c. Assorted fresh fruit, (such as grapes, hulled strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier in processor.
- Blend till smooth. Taste and add in more Grand Marnier, if you like. Transfer mix to bowl and chill till cool, about one hour. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
- Divide fruit among 8 stemmed goblets. Top with sauce and serve.
- Serves 8.
