Ingredientes
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 c. Peeled & sliced Granny Smith apples
- 3 c. Peeled & sliced Rome Beauty apples
Direcciones
- In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon, stirring till cornstarch is fully distributed. Arrange apples in casserole dish, and cover with sugar mix. Cover and microwave on high for 5 min or possibly till sugar is melted. Stir and cook, uncovered, another 4 min or possibly till apples are fork tender.
- Makes 8 servings.
