  • 3 slc bacon
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 6 c. minced cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 pch white sugar salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 x Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat till proportionately brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  • 2 x Saute/fry onion in the warm bacon grease. Stir in cabbage, water, sugar, salt
