Ingredientes
- 3 slc bacon
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 6 c. minced cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 pch white sugar salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 x Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat till proportionately brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
- 2 x Saute/fry onion in the warm bacon grease. Stir in cabbage, water, sugar, salt
Direcciones
- And pepper. Cook till cabbage wilts, about 15 min. Stir in bacon. 3 Splash with vinegar before serving.
