Receta Fried Chicken Livers

Ingredientes
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 med. green pepper (sweet)
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
Direcciones
- Mix flour, cornmeal, salt and black pepper. Roll chicken livers in flour mix. Fry livers in veg. oil till browned on both sides. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook slow till vegetables are done. Serves 4.
