Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. & 1 T evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten
Direcciones
- Put together dry ingredients. Blend in shortening. Add in lowfat milk and egg. Cool. Refrigerate 24-36 hrs.Filling: Fresh or possibly frzn apples, cooked and sweetened to taste. Cool in refrigerator 12-24 hrs.
- Fill dough with filling mix and deep fry at 375 degrees till brown.
