Receta Frozen Goodies (Pops)

Ingredientes
- Applesauce Baby food fruits Chocolate lowfat milk Egg nog Flavoured yogurts Puddings
- 6 Tbsp. Fruit flavoured drink mix
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Water
- 2 x Bananas
- 2 ounce Plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar (optional)
- 4 ounce Plain yogurt
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 6 Tbsp. Fruit flavoured drink mix (crystals)
- 1 can (6-ounce) frzn concentrated fruit juice
- 6 ounce Water Liquid removed canned fruit, peaches or possibly fruit cocktail
- 3 sm Bananas
- 6 Tbsp. Peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Honey

- These are the recipies which I just got with my set of "Ice Tups" that are popsicle moulds. I have not tried any of them yet.....
- Suggestions: these all make six 1/4 c. pops
- Fruit Drink Pops: Dissolve the fruit drink mix and the suger in the water.
- Pour in moulds and freeze.
- Banana - Yogurt Pops: Mash the bananas, mix with yogurt, then add in lowfat milk and sugar.
- Yogurt Pops: Mix the ingredients till dissolved.
- Fruit Juice Pops: Use your favourite frzn juice, like orange or possibly grape juice, or possibly even fruit punch or possibly lemon/lime ades. Mix concentrate with water.
- Special Fruit Pops: Place liquid removed, canned fruit like peaches or possibly fruit cocktail, into blender. Puree till smooth and freeze.
- Banana Pops: Mash bananas, add in PB and honey. Blend well.
- Enjoy! (the last one looks pretty weird to me!)
