- 1-1/2 cup fresh strawberries (can use frozen)
- 8 ounces cool whip topping
- 9" baked pie shell
- whipped cream garnish
- fanned sliced strawberry garnish
Direcciones
- Bake 9" pie crust @ 400 F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown (allow to cool)
- in a bender or food processor and strawberries and pulse, add cool whip and frozen vanilla yogurt and run until combined and fluffy
- Transfer to pie shell
- Place into the freezer 1-2 hours before serving
