  • Raw Rice – 2 cups
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Thick Curd – 2 1/2 cup (should not be sour)
  • Ginger – 1 tsp, minced
  • Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 2 tblsp
  • Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
  • Curry Leaves – few
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Cashewnuts – 2 tblsp
  • Dry Red Chillies – 3
  • Pomegranate Seeds – 1 cup
  • Green Grapes – 20
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as per taste
