  • 6 tablespoons (85g) melted butter
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) half and half or whipping cream
  • 1 cup (110g) light brown sugar
  • 1 cup (100g) coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup (50g) sweetened or desiccated coconut*
