Ingredientes
- 1 c hot water
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 T + 2 t sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 c cold water
- 3 t instant yeast, ( I use saf-instant yeast)
- 1 egg
- 3 c flour
- yellow and green food coloring
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 T cinnamon
- Melt butter in hot water. Add sugar and salt, stir.
- Add cold water, stir
- Add yeast and 2 c flour, stir
- Add egg and 1 c flour, stir and mix well
- Divide dough in half, add yellow food coloring to one half, add green food coloring to other half, mix until desired color
