1 each chopped Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, (also garden faire)

1 large bag (about 30-40) whole, fresh from your garden, green beans

16oz bag of chopped spinach. Remove all liquid!

(I used fresh from my garden, chopped and par boiled it.)
