Receta Garlic And Orange Marinated Grilled Pork Chops

- 4 x pork chops, boneless or possibly bone-in, about 1-1/4 inches thick
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x crushed clv garlic
- 2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp coarsely grnd black pepper

- Place chops in a large self-sealing plastic bag; combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Seal bag and chill for 4-24 hrs. Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill over medium-warm coals for a total of 12-15 min, turning to brown proportionately. Serve chops immediately.
