Receta Garlic Broccoli Pasta

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped, (up to 3)
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 handf of pine-nuts
- 1 lrg Head of broccoli, cut into florets Parmesan cheese Sufficient whole-wheat spaghetti for two Pepper, to taste.
Direcciones
- In frying pan, saute/fry onion, garlic, and pine nuts in extra virgin olive oil till nuts are lightly browned. Boil spaghetti. Put broccoli into pan with pine-nut mix, and cook till color intensifies. Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
