  1. Place the broccoli in a saucepan with a small amount of water; cover and cook till crisp-tender. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Drain broccoli and place in a serving dish; add in lemon mix and toss to coat.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
  4. 1998. Lynn's notes: Made this for Easter 1998; I steamed the broccoli instead of boiling. An excellent recipe which was quick to make.
