Receta Garlic Shallot Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Sour-mash bourbon or possibly Dark rum
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 x To 5 cloves garlic, smashed Or possibly minced
- 2 x To 3 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
- 1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except tenderloin. Place the marinade and the tenderloin in a zip top bag and chill overnight.
- When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and drain for 20 to 30 min. Throw away marinade. Grill or possibly broil the meat till done, about 25 min.
- Makes 4 servings.
