Receta Garlic Tomato Thick Sauce For Veggies

Ingredientes

- 1 head garlic, (about 11-15 cloves), peeled Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 x Plumb tomatoes, peeled cored, seeded, cut up, up to 10
- 1 med Onion, peeled, left whole
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Basil
Direcciones
- In a baking dish with a lid, place the onion in the middle. Surround it with the garlic, tomatoes. Sprinkle on the salt and basil. Drizzle all with the extra virgin olive oil. Make sure you coat the onion well. Cover and bake at 375 for about 1 hour. Checking once to make sure it is not sticking, or possibly burning. When it is done, place all in a blender and puree for a few min or possibly till thick. Use over cooked broccoli, asparagus, potatoes, or possibly any other veggies you like. Enjoy!
