- 2 cups cooked farro
- 1 1/4 cups ricotta
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped marjoram (I substituted oregano)
