Ingredientes
- 1 kilo Yapyap shrimp
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cane vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp Canola oil
- chili optional
Direcciones
- Put the rest of the ingredients except the shrimp, in a pan and cover till it boils.
- Let the coconut milk thicken for a bit then put-in the shrimp. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add chilis.
- Remove from the pot and set on platter and serve.
