Receta Ginger Shrimp And Broccoli

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Cleaned shrimp
- 4 c. Broccoli florets
- 1 med Red bell pepper - sliced
- 2 x Chopped garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil Soy sauce to taste
Direcciones
- Directions: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees or possibly start barbecue grill to medium high. Using Reynold's foil bags, arrange the shrimp, broccoli, bell pepper inside the bag in an even layer. Sprinkle with the garlic and ginger. Drizzle the sesame oil over the top. Seal the bag and place in a 1" deep pan. Slide the bag onto the grill or possibly place in the oven. Grill 15-20 min in a covered grill, or possibly bake for 30 min. Use oven mitts to cut open the foil bag with a sharp knife. Fold back the top of the bag, allowing the steam to escape. Sprinkle with soy sauce before serving.
