Ingredientes
- 1 med Head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1 c. Shredded carrots
- 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn peas, thawed
- 5 x Green onions, sliced
- 1 med Green pepper, minced
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 6 x Bacon strips, cooked, crumbled
Direcciones
- In a 3-quart. clear glass serving bowl, layer the first six ingredients in order given. Combine mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream till smooth; spread proportionately over salad. Cover and refrigerateovernight. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
