Receta Gluten Free Apple Walnut Tart with Fig Glaze

Ingredientes

  • 1 stick of cold butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 2 to 4 Tbs of ice water
  • Filling:
  • 3/4 cup of walnuts
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 Tbs of sugar
  • 4 Tbs room temperature butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 large Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 Tbs gluten free flour
  • juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbs of fig jam
  • An 11 inch tart pan
