Receta Gluten Free Apple Walnut Tart with Fig Glaze
Ingredientes

- 1 tsp kosher salt

- 2 to 4 Tbs of ice water
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup of walnuts
- 1/3 cup plus 2 Tbs of sugar
- 4 Tbs room temperature butter
- 1 egg
- 3 large Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 Tbs gluten free flour
- juice of 1 fresh lemon
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbs of fig jam
- An 11 inch tart pan
