Receta Gluten Free Feta Spread/ Dip
A Amazing mix of feta, dill and Cream Cheese that is amazing in wraps or as a Dip!. Tastes like Dill Pickle Dip., I make it all the time for Chips. And at work for a Garden Tortilla wrap
Ingredientes
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- Minced zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint or 1 tsp dried
Direcciones
- Puree feta, cream cheese, sourcream, and zest in a food processer til Smooth. transfer to a bowl, Season to taste with the salt and pepper then fold in the dill and Mint.
- this is the Spread. if you want it to be more for Dipping, Add another 1/4 cup or so of Sour Cream.
