Ingredientes

  • 2 cups gluten-free organic rolled oats
  • 2 scant handfuls of chopped raw nuts - I used walnuts, raw almonds, brazil, and cashew nuts
  • 2 shakes of cinnamon (shake yo boo-tay...shake your boo-tay)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp flax fibre
