Receta GRAHAM CRACKERS
A SWEET CRACKER. THESE ARE VERY VERSATILE. THEY CAN BE EATEN PLAIN OR USED IN RECIPES AS WHOLE CRACKERS OR JUST CRUMBS.
Ingredientes
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC EARTH BALANCE
- 3/4 CUP ORGANIC BROWN SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS ORGANIC VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC BROWN RICE FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC OAT FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP GROUND FLAX SEED
- 1 CUP GLUTEN FREE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1/2 TEASPOON XANTHAN GUM
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK

- IN A MEDIUM BOWL, CREAM TOGETHER THE ORGANIC EARTH BALANCE (SHORTENING) AND ORGANIC BROWN SUGAR.
- STIR IN THE VANILLA.
- IN A SEPARATE BOWL, COMBINE THE FLOURS, XANTHAN GUM, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, CINNAMON AND SALT.
- STIR INTO THE CREAMED MIXTURE ALTERNATELY WITH THE ALMOND MILK.
- DIVIDE DOUGH INTO TWO BALLS, COVER AND CHILL DOUGH UNTIL FIRM.
- PREHEAT COUNTERTOP OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F.
- USE PARCHMENT PAPER ON SMALL COUNTERTOP OVEN PAN.
- LIGHTLY FLOUR THE ROUND PIZZA MAKER, CUT EACH DOUGH BALL INTO 4 SMALLER BALLS AND ROLL OUT TO 1/8 INCH THICKNESS.
- USE A PIZZA CUTTER TO MARK SMALLER RECTANGLES AND CUT THROUGH INTO RECTANGLES.
- USE A FORK TO MARK THE CRACKERS.
- PLACE ON THE PARCHMENT PAPER IN PAN.
- BAKE FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES IN THE PREHEATED OVEN. EDGES WILL BE GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE FROM BAKING PAN TO COOL ON WIRE RACKS.
