Receta Grandma Anne's Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Onion
- 3 x Celery stalks
- 3 x Carrots
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 12 ounce Canned tomatoes
- 3 quart Water
- 1 dsh Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 dsh Dry dill weed
- 1 x tube Goodman's Vegetable Soup Mix with Mushroom excluding flavor packet
- 1/2 bag Frzn mixed vegetables - (10 ounce bag)
Direcciones
- Chop onion in food processor. Slice celery and carrots in processor. Saute/fry onion and celery in oil till translucent/soft. Add in carrots and tomatoes. In a large pot, combine sauteed vegetables with 3 qts of water. Add in salt, pepper, and dill. Add in tube of soup mix. Simmer for at least 2 hrs. Add in frzn vegetables 15 min before finishing.
