Receta Grandma Linton's Date Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. dates, finely minced
- 1/2 c. nuts, finely minced
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine all pudding ingredients. Beat for 3 min. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Pour sauce over batter.
- SAUCE: Combine all sauce ingredients, boil 3 min. Let cold slightly then add in 1 tsp. vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Let cold. Break into pcs and mix with large tub of Cold Whip.
