Receta Grandma Radoccia's Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 5 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add in to shortening mix alternately with lowfat sour cream. Refrigeratethoroughly. Roll out 1/4-inch thick. Cut with large cutter. Sprinkle with sugar and press lightly or possibly frost when cold. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 min on greased cookie sheet. Makes 100 (2 1/2-inch) cookies.
