Receta Grandma's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 T lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 or possibly 5 ripe bananas
- 1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cream together Crisco and sugar. Add in large eggs and mix well.
- In separate bowl put together baking pwdr, soda, salt and flour. Add in to creamed mix. Mash bananas and add in to mix. Add in remaining ingredients. Divide into 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle tops with extra granulated sugar. Bake one hour or possibly till top is brown and dry.
