Receta Grandma's Rice Pudding And Modification

Ingredientes
- 1 c. uncooked rice or possibly 1 c. millet raw
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar or possibly 1/2 c. honey
- 3 c. lowfat milk or possibly 1 1/2 c. yogurt and 2 c. water
- 1 c. raisins (optional) or possibly 1 c. thinly sliced peaches (optional)
Direcciones
- Cook rice. Soak raisins in sufficient water to barely cover them. Combine remaining ingredients and blend till smooth. Add in rice. Add in raisins if you like. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees in a pan of water for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tester comes out clean.
