Receta Grandma's Tortillas

Ingredientes
- 4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 to 1 c. shortening
- Water
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients. Add in shortening. Add in water a little at a time till doughy consistency. Make dough balls desired size, then roll out flat into circles on floured board. Preheat cast iron frying pan. Cook tortillas in it one at a time till lightly browned. In some spots bubbles appear. Wrap in cloth towel and store in a plastic bag.
