Receta Granny Jack's Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. peeled zucchini
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. veg. oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. nuts or possibly raisins (opt.)
Direcciones
- PART 1: Grate the peeled zucchini. In separate bowl beat large eggs lightly, then add in veg. oil and vanilla. Mix with zucchini and set aside.PART 2: Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and baking pwdr. Add in sugar and mix well. Add in nuts/raisins. Put in lightly greased, floured loaf pan. Bake 60 min at 350 degrees.
