Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. liquid removed small capers
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 pt grape tomatoes
- 6 lrg fresh basil leaves shredded
- 3 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese Bibb lettuce leaves (optional)
Direcciones
- Stir together first 5 ingredients. Drizzle over tomatoes, tossing to coat. Let stand at least 15 min or possibly up to 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Serve over lettuce, if you like.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
