Receta Grated apple pie.. the absolute best apple pie I have ever had in my life.

- After we went apple picking last weekend I set my sights on making this pie again and armed myself properly with this recipe at hand:
- Grated Apple Pie
- Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C Sugar
- 1/2 C (1 stick) Unsalted butter
- 3 Tbs Flour
- 2 tsp Vanilla (I make my own, use the real stuff)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 medium apples, Peeled and coarsely grated

.%20%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20another%20bowl%20carefully%20grate%20your%20apples%20on%20the%20largest%20part%20of%20your%20cheese%20grater%20(I%20did%20this%20at%20home%20using%20my%20food%20processor%20on%20a%20smaller%20grater%20and%20although%20the%20pie%20came%20out%20good,%20it%20wasn't%20as%20good%20as%20when%20I%20did%20it%20with%20the%20good%20old%20fashioned%20cheese%20grater).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFold%20the%20apples%20into%20the%20batter%20and%20carefully%20pour%20the%20mixture%20into%20your%20unbaked%20pie%20shell.%20(I%20put%20the%20pie%20on%20a%20pan%20to%20catch%20any%20drippings%20to%20avoid%20any%20potential%20spills)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20the%20pie%20in%20the%20center%20of%20the%20oven%20for%2010%20minutes%20and%20then%20lower%20the%20temp%20to%20350%C2%B0%20for%2040-50%20Min%20until%20golden%20brown%20on%20top.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELet%20cool%20completely%20before%20serving.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20clearly%20didn't%20let%20it%20cool%20completely%20before%20serving...%20but%20it%20was%20still%20delicious%20:)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
