Receta Greek Broccoli Salad
A refreshing dinner salad
Ingredientes
- 6 slices bacon, crispy
- 1 head broccoli
- 6 stalks celery
- 6 green onions
- 4 cups baby lettuce
- 1 medium cucumber
- 4 oz light feta cheese
Direcciones
- Cook the bacon until very crispy, set aside on paper towel for later.
- Dice the cucumber, celery and broccoli and place in a large salad bowl.
- Add the baby lettuce to the bowl.
- Slice the green onions and add to the bowl.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Crumble the bacon and feta cheese and add to the bowl.
- Add the dressing and toss again.
- Serve immediately
