Receta Greek Chic pea salad
This is a great hearty salad that will fill your appetite and your pallete.
Ingredientes
- 2 cans chic peas
- 1/2 cup black olives pitted
- 1/2 olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinager
- 1/2 cup of green or purple onion chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese ( or a little more)
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- I don't measure the following, but equal parts
- Parsley, oregano, black pepper
Direcciones
- Drain Chic peas and olives
- add all other ingredients and mix
- So simple, yet so yummy.
