Receta Greek layer dip
A delicious quick and easy dip to bring to parties
Ingredientes
- 1 8 oz. Container whipped cream cheese
- 1 10 oz regular hummus
- 1/2 hot house cucumber finely diced
- 1/3 green pepper finely diced
- 1/3 red pepper finely diced
- 1/2 small red onion finely diced
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes quartered or 1 tomato diced
- 1/4 - 1/3 c kalamata olives halved or quartered
- 1/4 c greek sliced sandwich peppers ( add a little chop to them)
- 6 oz. Crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4-1/3 c Marie's Greek vinergarette dressing

First dice all of the vegetables and add them to a mixing bowl seasoned with a little salt and pepper. To that add the olives, Greek peppers and Greek dressing . Mix well and set aside. Next in a 12" round dish spread a layer of cream cheese evenly across the bottom of the dish , next top the cream cheese layer evenly with the hummus . Spread the marinated vegetable mixture across the top of the hummus and then sprinkle the veggie mixture with the feta cheese . Use pita chips or carrot chis,as your dippers
