- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Put all the ingredients except the 2 oils to soak in the vinegar for at least 20 min. At any time after which, add in the oils and shake. Makes 1 pint.
